Fictional Utility Company Toyota Hilux 2021

This vehicle isn't based off of any Utility Company and is completely fictional. What Utility Company would use such expensive lighting equipment!? But obviously, the grille pattern is fucked up (for non-ELS anyways!). This free release is available in ELS & Non-ELS, both of which are included in the download file. The vehicle uses GTA 5's paints as it's base colour and has 3 different liveries - white text, black text and no text.

Feel free to repurpose, make your own livery and use in your game. In general do anything but:

- Claim the vehicle as your own,

- Rip,

- Unlock,

- Upload to external sites.
