[SCRIPT] Speed Camera Display

This is a ANPR inspired and styled Speed Camera Display which can be toggled by doing /speedcamera in text chat whilst in a vehicle.

I was originally going to sell this script, but I have decided to release it for free!
The script is written in Lua and HTML (to display on screen), this script also includes a config.lua file and permissions for vehicles can even be used.
