Hello, this is a vehicle i have had made, the els was added by Kieran @Berkshire Modifications and the Dev model was from gta5 mods by Asquith. The vehicle is based off a LAS rapid response vehicle i found on google, i know its not exactly the same but it works. One issue is the text on the back of the skin is very blurry and therefore very hard to read but it says Emergency Response Vehicle. Enjoy :)
