[SKIN] 2014 Ford Ranger | National Highways | Incident Support Unit

Another Ranger! This time it's an ISU for National Highways. Nice little skin I whipped together over the weekend. Model isn't the best, but it'll do for a nice background model. 

Use this model because without it my skin will be about as useful as a lifeguard in a wheelchair.
