[EUP] Generic Male Firearms Vest

Hello, had this sitting around on my pc for a while and i'm not selling it so what the hell. It was one of the very first vests I did so it isn't weighted very well, nothing is sized correctly and **WILL WOBBLE**. The whole reason i'm releasing this is because it isnt very good!
