Step 1

Using OpenIV navigate to x64e.rpf > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf

Step 2

Select edit mode at the top and then import the dilettante.ytd, dilettantehi.ytd, dilettante.ytd file into the vehicles.rpf

Step 3

If these steps have been followed correctly you should have now have a functioning taxi. Enjoy!
